I made arrangements of R150 /m as i lost my job.
I last paid on the 19th of November 2013. Arrangements for December was made and i promised to pay from 25th to 31 December 2013.
I was surprised today on the 30th of December 2013 to get an sms saying that my account has been handed over to MBDCS REF number 0278000441294258. How is that possible, how can you hand over me as i made arrangements.
NB i will not make any arrangemts with so called MBDCS as i will pay truworts and then get recession letter to fight back on my own when you blacklist me..
NB i will not pay for December as you have already handed me over and that MBDCS is demanding R250 .
Iam struggling to pay R150 and you hand me over, tjo you dont have a kind heart even its business shame on you.
Did the Consultant follow the route of handing over my account? Does he know the results of blacklisting or he was hired from Guandi Square he think its like putting a plastic bag in a parcel counter.
I WILL REPORT THIS TO CONSUMER, ICASA OMBUDSMAN THIS IS BAD SERVICE.wHAT IS THE USE OF MAKING ARRANGEMENTS.
Please treat this with urgent and i deserve a re-embursement, tjo disgusting and spoiled my 2014.
