I am disgusted by the service from Virgin Active, they debit me R 575.00 and I am with discovery. I have no idea why they charge me this total, I used to pay R 115.00 and today they my account with debits. I called they helpdesk and they close after taking your cash. If they don't sort this out my Monday I will lodge a complaint with the Consumer protector for.
I am so tempted to cancel and move to Planet Fitness.
Really bad service, I want my money refunded and be compensated for the inconvenience.
