Misrepresentation of Contact

I met sales representative from the GYM Maponya who tried to sell me the gym contract and since i was in a harry to go to work, he indicated to me that i needed to give him my details in order to contact me later to explain to me the product and how it will work. He then requested that i needed to sign the document as an indication of consent to be contacted later to conclude the process.

Months later, i realized that my account was being debited and when i spoke to the company, they indicated that i had signed a gym contract and needed to pay. I explain my side of the story and they indicated that there was little they can do as i had signed the agreement.

I therefore would like to get help fom senior management to address this issue
