Debiting account and my contract is not finalised

I tried to sign up with planet fitness in Jan 2013 in conjunction with vitality, Vusi informed me that the systems were down and they would contact me with my unique vitality number in order to finalize my contract. This he never did, I am a teacher and am very busy in the day so a month passed without contact. I went in to the branch in February to find out if I could still sign up and guess what! system was down again, but they did give me a suspense letter until they had the vitality number as they did have my bank account number and I insisted. Once again I was never contacted and I decided that I did not want to be involved with a company that had no interest in my business.

They then decided that they were going to debit my account at the end of April for the full amount, not even consulting me or including my vitality benefit. I immediately went to the bank and reversed the debit and went to Planet fitness to find out what was going on and they said i needed to speak to the accounts person who is only in before 3pm, which is impossible for me. They have now double debited my account for May. I have never dealt with such a thieving company, absolutely unbelievable. Contact me
