Agents called me and said could get a months trial but needed to pay R500 for the month to decide if one needed to continue and renew.

Strangely only signed up as for a month thereafter realised was conned. Trying to get a hold of the sales consultant leaving several messages after a few months no reply also from Mrs Tracey Delport.

Whom now has refused to refund my erroneously charged subsription fees since July 2013. This shows me the fly by night sales consultants employed by Virgin Active to take advantage members.

I trusted as one signed and acknowledged and was prepared and have been debited for one month only ie R500. Not to debit R500 for five months it does not make sense to me. Have u slyly conned all members by employing employees that are temps to intentional ly clients.

Thereafter upon a client query you would state that is why they no longer work there. Is this your business marketing strategy.

Well you in for a surprise my mum will be pursuing this with consumer council. As you have violated my rights and also have witness.
