I have all the WRITTEN correspondence between myself and Planet fitness regarding the CANCELLATION of my membership. I have been charged THREE transactions by Planet Fitness on my bank account in October, November and December. Whenever I speak to a consultant they agree the transactions are and will reverse them. However, I have not received anything! This company is deceitful and needs to refund the money owed me to!
