Just when I thought service delivery protest, EToll & the fake interpreter from Madiba's memorial service were the worst that's nothing compared to Planet Fitness with its Poorest customer service takes the 1st price. I'm a planet fitness member since 2007 and I introduced my wife to the club on 10th of June 2013, she spoke to Themba the sales consultant after 6 months of Themba calling my wife every 2 days she decided to come join using Vitality and per the planet fitness posters on corner Cider & Witkopen in 4ways and on corner Victory & Berry Hitertzhog in Victory park it say you get 80% off on monthly premiums and a gym bag, I called Themba the consultant that my wife deserve a bag as per your advertising or should I say false adverting because Themba said she doesn't qualify for a bag. Themba then said I should talk to the sales manager and tell him that I want a bag, I called the club and spoke Marvin or Melvin who claimed to be the sales manager and he said I'm going to get the bag and this Themba kept talking to me using slang language calling me dog, bra as if we friends that is not professional at all.
