Service Please Virgin Active Foreshore!

I am a regular gym attendee at Virgin Active Foreshore, for approx 4years. I chose this particular one because of convenience. My gyms times is usually Mon-Fri fro 06h00-07h00 am, which works best for me coming from Kuilsrivver. Between the 02-04 Sept there was no hot water in the gym. The receptionist mentioned by the way as you entered on the 02 Sept that the water is a bit luke. No notices was provided for the other days and when we complain it seems that there was no seriousness. I get the feeling there is no real interest and action plan from this particular gym management. After all remember we don't get this service for free WE PAY FOR IT! The gym manageress Suzette always want to give you a pathetic excuse and brush you off. If they don't brush you off or provide you a stupid response they just clueless, this now the staff at front desk. The other things that frustrate the living day lights out of me, the electricity trip regularly whilst you drying your hair. This is a known problem since i am attending THIS gym. Further it seems that the equipment is all the items that the other gyms don't want! What's up VIRGIN ACTIVE MANAGEMENT? THIS IS PREMIUM GYM! Come On
