Poor Equipment quality

It is dissapointing to note that the equipment in general is not well maintained and replaced as needed - by way of example, the excercise mats are broken with the foam peeling out of the sides. We were told that 2013 was the year allocated to this branch for the budget for upgrading existing equipment as well as purchasing new equipment - can not say that there is evidence of this. Really not value for money based on the high membership fees charged. Definitely not the standard advertised by Virgin Active!
