I cancelled my contract with Virgin Active in April. Months later I realized that the cancellation was not done and my account was debited multiple times since then. I have called the gym 2 or 3 times to enquire the cancellation that was never processed as well as the money that was debited from my account, and also the bank charges that I am liable for now because of an error from the gym.
I hope I can be compensated for their mistake.
