Why am I not there today? Because you fools closed and DIDN'T TELL ME!

Last week, 08 December 2013, I specifically asked about your advertised "holiday" times, and was expressly told that you'd be open all day and close at 20h00. No mention was made of closing for the day.

Your marketing indicates that you're open every day except Christmas Day. Today is not Christmas Day. That's another ten days away.

You happily send me SMSs when you're closed for other reasons, like refurbishment, so why can't you have the decency to SMS me about this one?

Why must you make me waste my time? Why infuriate me?

Even if you made this decision this morning, I don't care. If you're not available on the one day in the week when I can make it, I expect you to tell me!

It's really not so hard!
