Not Impressed: I requested the contract termination verbally at the end of Aug & was told that it had to be in written format. I said that i would email it when i got into work, which i did on the 3 Sep 2013 so it should have ended at the end of Sep & NOT October. I only received feedback by Bradley on 10 Sep 2013 after i followed up via phone calls & email. Why should i pay for Planet Fitness employee's NOT doing their work? & processing queries and requests etc at their leisure resulting in costs to their members? its not fair and I refuse to pay!
