Fees illegally deducted from credit card

I recently joined VA Victory Park and made it explicitly clear that i will pay my monthly fees by EFT. They insisted on taking my Credit card details after I told them that I would take action if any fees were deducted from this card without my knowledge. My 1st payment was due today but to my horror VA has gone and deducted it from my Credit card after clear instructions were given not to. This is against the Consumer Act.

Can you please get VA Victory Park's manager to sort out this mess.

If not, i will take it further as this is illegal
