Aggressive Car Guards

I would like to complain about the car guards at Victory Park. Today one of them had an argument with my wife because she wanted the Pick'nPay assistant to help her get the trolley to her car. The car guards won't let the shop workers assist and - my wife by herself with three children felt compelled to pay them both. The car guard then left without helping and my wife was left to struggle alone. So in other words the shoppers can't get assistance from the store workers because the guards won't let them.

I would like a meaningful response to this
