POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have emailed VA on 13/11 and was promised a two day turn around time from the manager Wil-Riaan Engelbrecht, - two weeks later and no response even though i've sent a follow up email and tweeted them.

My complaint/suggestion was the swimming area has no clocks visible so one never knows how long you've been swimming for. Secondly, there are no additional towels available in the ladies bathroom and when requested, the patrons say but you have one. although wet cuz you just swam, you're now supposed to shower and use the same wet towel to dry yourself?? then the fittings in the ladies steam room is literally falling off the ceiling - but hey right, we are prestigious, and exclusive, and we charge R1600 per month only to ignore our members?

That's the quality and service they pride themselves on? That's what you call efficiency and being a valued member? really???
