For the past 2 years I have been paying for Group Personal Training as an additional service.
However, at Wanderers the other day I saw that GPT was off the schedule, and was informed that GPT has been a free offering for months.
My complaint is therefore:
> Why has PF been deducting money from my account for a service that they know is a free-offering.
> If a member is required to cancel the contract in order to stop these payments, why were we not informed about the changes, so that we could make an informed decision.
> When you phone, no-body knows what you are talking about
> Since I called to sort this out, another month's fees have been deducted.
> I know other members who are still also being charged for this "free" service... WHY?.. this is borderline, not to mention unethical.
Following e-mails and calls to Planet Fitness my contract has been cancelled, but they refuse to give me a refund stating "Regrettably no refund will be processed, as the contract signed does go on a month to month when the term has ended. Regrettably members need to inform of us any cancellation that needs to be done in writing."
SERIOUSLY???
