Planet Fitness double-charged my credit card for my contract. I made them aware of their error over 2 months ago and still have not received a refund.
The fact that I was overcharged by almost R5000 is already unacceptable, but the way I have been treated since then is beyond ridiculous:
1. It is virtually impossible to contact anyone at Wanderers branch because nobody ever picks up the phone
2. When they eventually do answer the phone, they either don't know who I am supposed to talk to or the right person is not there
3. The manager is never there and has not answered any of my emails
4. I have been given no feedback in two months on progress regarding my refund, despite numerous emails.
