My mom joined Planet Fitness at Wanderers for a one year contract on the 27th of April 2013. They swiped her card on the spot. She then changed the plan to three years and paid the difference. Then she found another scheme which was cheaper, so she changed to that one. The branch was going to refund her and asked for her card details. Instead of refunding her, but they charged her twice on her card. It's of the utmost importance that is dealt with as quickly as is possible as she needs to use the money.
