In December I bought a bike for my 10 year old son at this shop. He only started using the bike in January because he was away on holiday in december. The bike started giving him problems a few days after. The chain would come out while playing. we put oil/grease as we thought it was jamming. Then it was the brakes that were not working. The bike started giving him other problems. I asked him to put it away until i come home again so I can take it in as it comes with a one year guarantee.
I recently took it in and after a week they called to say they cannot fix the bike nor exchange it for a new one. They said we abused the bike. The bike is meant to be played and this is a 10 year old child and he did not abuse the bike but played it. I did not buy the bike to put it in a showroom for everyone to see what Mr Price Sport can produce.
Can I have my money back if you fail to replace or fix this bike. such service.
