I phoned the Gym to find out more about my contract as I want to terminate my current contract with them and the reason as explained is that i moved from Kempton Park to Sundra and i am not able to get to gym. I cant even remember the last time I went to the gym and I've been paying my account every month for something I dont even use. Over the phone it was explained that I need to email Karen at [Email Removed] where she will then explain the procedures and the cancellation fees. Very bad service as I did not yet receive any information regarding the above mentioned...
I want to terminate my contract as soon as possible...
