I have cancelled my contract with this gym in August 2013 with Vitality, Discovery.
In September 2013 they debited my account. And when I phoned to confront them of this I was told that I can do what I want I WILL NOT be refunded!!
My husband contacted them after me and I received a confirmation email stating the cancellation of the contract confirmed. I even have a ref number: 27137, and that no further payments will be deducted!!
And today another debit has gone off for them!! Which has HIGHLY irritated me.
I will want somebody to look into this matter and refund me my money, otherwise I will be left with no other choice of taking further action against them!
