Both my spouse & I have a 36 month contract with PF that started in Feb 2012 paid for upfront I might add. 2 weeks ago, PF decided it was okay to cancel my spouses contract. This is ILLEGAL & total breach of contract. According to PF Rivonia, Hayley Blues has randomly decided to cancel my spouses contract which is linked to mine because she believes we aren't married. Not once did she ever attempt to call me to obtain this confirmation, she just thought it was fine. The excuse was because our surnames differ? I have never been so disgusted with customer service the way I have this week. After dealing with 3 different people, 2 of which are Management @ Rivonia & Hayley Blues who all committed to having it resolved immediately after I sent proof of marriage (which I sent through to both Sean Maskell & Hayley Blues on Weds & Thurs), again tonight when we go to gym to de-stress, Wanderers club don't want to let my husband in. Cancelling a contract that is paid up for is ILLEGAL! Doing nothing to resolve your admin issues just shows the lack of customer service that this company has. If this is not resolved by e.o.b 4th Nov, I will be logging this formally with the Complaints Commission
