Hi Tracey-Lee,
Please note that I appreciate your complimentary ticket and would rather have it from the 1st November. However I'm very concerned and unsatisfied with the outcome of my complaint. Your are based at Head Office and have powers and authority to give instructions to Club Managers. As far as I'm concerned there's no evidence that Virgin Active Groenkloof have investigated and corrective actions were placed in order. I have spend my money calling and emailing both and the club (Joseph Setshedi) for the past 5 months to resolve this issue due to my kids going through emotions of fulfilling their dreams. I honestly don't think getting a transfer or getting a premium contract is a fair deal since I'm happy with the gym and will never move due unethical behaviour of a subcontractor. I strongly believe that Tammy has connections internally hence she doesn't respect the customers and always gets away with it. No apology from her side and nothing was done. Please respond with facts and proof of disciplinary actions.
