When something impresses you, you don't often report on it or give it another thought, however when you feel aggrieved or unfairly treated it is far easier to voice your opinion. In short I want to say how impressed I am with the Bryanston Virgin Active gym.
> The staff at the front desk greet me by name when I walk in and there is a pleasant training atmosphere in the gym,
> The personal trainers don't book out several machines at one time for their clients, nor do they ever take out their cell phones when they are training a client.
> Even the cleaners are respectful of my space when I am using the facilities.
Fantastic gym, great staff -keep up the high standards.
