Poor service and unskilled staff

My husband and myself went to the Randburg Club on Saturday, 28 Sept 2013, to join this club. Now this is not our first time, but our needs are different now and i am pregnant so i wanted to find out about what activities that are available for me, and my husband wanted a weight loss programme. The consultant who helped us was named Prince. Now, even though he was not bad, he was very distracted and we had the feeling he wanted to run away or go somewhere else that entire time we joined. Be that as it may, for the word go, we made it clear that we will need info on the pregnancy exercise especially Splash and what i can and cant do. After about half and hour of joining, he handed us over to another appie, and this one just did a very quick chat about the weight loss and the tracker system. My husband had questions but those were not appropriately answered by this "staff member". I had questions that were ignored or not answered. I got the impression that he simply did not know. I had to go find a manager to get a folder, plain paper folder with the invoice, not even info, out of them a schedule and other info which should be standard. They had no clue! Can someone please HELP?
