UNABLE TO CANCEL AGREEMENT AFTER 4 YEARS OF TRYING

My disatisfaction with Flexi Club started 4 years ago. I was residing in Cape Town, whenever I wanted to use my points, there was no accomodation available for that year, apart from Mykonos and Table View, which is completely contrary to why I initialy changed my time to Flexi Club, which was suppose to give one options and variety. My husband retired with a minute pension and as I am not employed, we were really battling to pay the yearly membership fee (which are increasing astronomicaly) and approached Flexi Club re cancellation. Every time we tried to cancel the membership, their staff would convince us to convert, upgrade or get them to sell same - at a fee! We have been meeting with representatives, phoning and e-mailing for 4 years in an effort to resolve this matter. Flexi Club now suggested we convert to Club Select (yes, again at an additional cost) as this will allow us to cancel immediately, but refuse to provide and details, even after our lawyer tried to obtain information. They refuse to find a solution or provide requested info on Club Select and advise once we are handed over to their lawyers, which is apparently happening now, we can explore options with them!
