Why am I paying R 650.00 to belong to a club with standards way below acceptable??? I had enough of poor management and control at the Old Edds Club in Johannesburg. This morning after doing a cardio session I walked into the ablutions to find that not one of the soap dispensers are working hence I could not wash my hands. Nobody would have thought to put down some soap bars or liquid soaps? Amazing managers. Two weeks ago I entered into the toilet cubicles just to find the bowl filled with paper and toilet paper cores, disgusting. Trying to do weight training is impossible weights are all over the floor - one never find a weight you want to use - you have to walk the entire gym floor looking for weights.
This morning I went to reception to ask who is the manager only to find out that she was the one swiping the cards for people to enter the gym??? Should she not be walking around the gym making sure everything is the way it should be, that the staff are doing their work and managing the club.
