I am still waiting for the statements of Igsaan Hugo & Mr Watson which I requested from Tracey-Lee on the 17th Sept. I asked for it again on the 18th from the gym. Today when I asked the staff I was told to contact legal for it. Why could she not have told me this in the first place? I have an appointment with my advocate regarding the issue on Wednesday the 25th which I need to cancel due to the lack of service received from Tracey-Lee. Please ensure that someone skilled to answer my concerns response. As Tracey-Lee previous response sounds like Virgin active only takes rule 30 seriously and all the others are fine to brake. Secondly still bags on the floor which is also a rule that is clearly not being in forced.
