I was told that I would be able to freeze my contract for 6 months, term of which was never explained to me when signing the contract, when I tried to make use of this option due to the fact that i am moving, they refused and said that the account was already paid in full... that after they pushed my into signing the contract without sufficient explanation and it was a similar situation when I was made an offer to make use of a personal trainer.
