Planet Fitness did a deduction from my account last month - a deduction which never should have been made as i had cancelled my contract with them.
It has now been 3 weeks that i've been emailing and trying to follow up as to when payment will be made, and each time they promise to deposit the money but so far nothing has come of it. I have spoken to an agent, her boss, as well as management about having them reimburse me, but im just not getting ay joy.
If i am still not reimbursed after this complaint, i would need to seek legal council
