To whom it may concern, please make sure that your equipment is in good working order for your customers to use as we pay a premium for its use!
It was my first day back at gym this morning and the majority of the equipment that I usually use was broken and flat, this is not good enough! Your customers deserve better service and care than this, not only is this annoying but it is actually dangerous and can result in injury.
