Levels of service that exceeded my expectations!

Darren: for your patience & resilience during sign-up. Excellent salesmanship! Robyn: addressing admin. issues & ensuring quick resolutions. Sweetness: showing me exercises to assist in achieving my targets, some of which I never tried in my life, lol! Shadley, Kim & Kimo: your kind & friendly mannerism & providing guidance on what can be done better. Duke: highlighting "Sunday Strokes" won't get me anywhere & showing me how it should be done :-). Cynthia & Funeka: for ensuring the ladies' rooms are always neat & clean & for being honest & trustworthy in finding my valuables & handing it in for safe-keeping. Ian: Outstanding management & leadership skills, a high level of professionalism & integrity. On top of his game & always going beyond the call of duty! There has been several instances where he has come to the rescue: internet & wi-fi connectivity issues, & my constant nagging & complaining (thanks for putting up with me :-), prompt intervention & resolution when immediate assistance on various issues were required. Keep up the good work & thanks for making the past 5 months memorable & enjoyable for me, memories I will always hold close to my heart. Tx! Kavisha
