Cynthia & Funeka: for ensuring the ladies' rooms are always neat & clean & for being honest & trustworthy in finding my valuables & handing it in for safe-keeping. Ian: Outstanding management & leadership skills, a high level of professionalism & integrity. On top of his game & always going beyond the call of duty! There has been several instances where he has come to the rescue: internet & wi-fi connectivity issues, & my constant nagging & complaining (thanks for putting up with me :-), prompt intervention & resolution when immediate assistance on various issues were required.
