We had experienced some issues with housekeeping in 3 rooms and the above ladies went over and above their heads to re-compensate us for the inconvenience experienced.
The letter of apology and the compensation offered were out of this world. I have never in my life heard of or seen a person/s take responsibility, ownership, accountability for their actions in this way, I applaud you. Some Coperates could learn a thing or 2 from you.
Kindness, friendliness and respect are basic qualities that many people lack - and this will take you a long way. You have maintained good customer relations and have kept me a customer for life.
