Refusal of cancelling my gym

I cancelled my previous Gym with no problems because I relocated, and now I am with this pathetic Gym that I am currently using, I relocated again, but they refuse me to cancel the Gym, I relocated to somewhere and never spend even two months in Soweto, I need to cancel my Gym but they don't want me to, because when I want to cancel it they are telling me stories and about the T's & C's that they've never told me about before, how can I possibly put someone there because I hardly know People from Soweto, I didn't even spend two months there, who else would want to join a Gym that refuses people to cancel their fees, I want to cancel this, and if you keep on refusing I will have to take this with my Lawyers, coz now you expect me to put someone so you can cancel, it means I have to to that person, and get into trouble, now I it will be like paying something that I am not using, it's the same as donating R170 every month to you for nothing, this is totally unacceptable
