I am so annoyed by the false advertising that body lab is using to trick people to join. I was approached by a body lab consultant to join the gym for free if I'm happy I can join and if not I can cancel within a month. I tried to cancel within that month but to my shocking surprise I couldn't cancel because I had a contract with them for 3 years that I was not informed of.1.) I was tricked that it was for free.2.) I can cancel within a month. My reason for canceling was because my contract with my company was to be terminated. Now I tried to cancel within that month, I was told that my contract was for 3 years therefore I cannot cancel I must continue with my monthly installments for 3 years regardless of whether I would still love to use their gym facilities or not.. Some months after I received a letter indicating that I owe body lab R6000 and something. Now im being threatened of being blacklisted if i do not oblige. Is that the reason why they are tricking us with their false advertising knowing that either way they will get what they want, i.e ripping people off?? CAN SOMETHING PLEASE BE DONE ABOUT THIS PEOPLE or rather they can go see how other professionals opperates.
