Lloyd the gentlemen who took me through induction did a great job, he took me through all the machines that i needed to know guided by my goal "which is fitness". I am very pleased with the service i got from him. I believe that what ever that i learnt from him will help me achieve my goal. He believed in me and encouraged me as in the process of learning i was getting tired and wanting to give up quickly and he kept on encouraging me.
