My first encounter at Virgin Active came as a suprise not to me but my body. little did it know that after signing in and getting a print out of fitness schedules it will be introduced to its past life of physical activity. it was terrifying to see everyone around me being 10 steps ahead. It was awesome having Lloyd putting the illusion of me being awesome. after much hard work out routines best believe ill be back again so that i can get used to this. i had the best day at the gym i can proudly say my phobia of being a looser at the gym is over.. Thanx Lloyd you were awesome.
