I would like to express my extreme happiness with the service i received from Jay Mofokeng from Maponya Virgin Active and Therezane Heynes from the Virgin Active call centre for going the extra mile in sorting out my migration issue. The last post (a complaint) on HelloPeter did not help in sorting out the matter- instead i was informed that they will get back to me and that did not happen. Their efforts are really appreciated as i had spent a lot of airtime in trying to resolve this matter. I hope you extend the same service to each customer you encounter.
