In April last year I was diagnosed with the medical condition that specified that I cannot gym anymore. I went and reported the matter to planet fitnes with a medical certificate and I thought the matter I was settled, by settled I mean cancelled. I did not hear from planet fitness until recently, I have been receving calls that I owe planet fitness money of more than R5000 or I can make a settlement of more than R4000 and I got a debit order for R250 this morning. I don't have that kind of money. I even told the guy I spoke to that I don't understand why I have to pay that kind of money for someone not doing their job. He told me about the 40% that I had to pay for them to cancel the contract. I didn't know about it no one from planet fitness told me about that and the contract doesn't say anything about 40%. Can this matter be sorted out please.
