I have to compliment Northcliff Health and Squash for having a personal trainer such as Dylan to offer. I am a 42 year old male who has never liked the idea of a gym much before and who has never trained at a gym. Joined as a bit of a new year resolution. A personal trainer was the furthest thing from my mind, but ran into Dylan there. Now, after a month, I feel healthier, stronger and good. No way I would have been able to say that without Dylan, or would I even still have been keeping up with it. Without his expert knowledge on knowing exactly where I should start with how much and how to do the exercises right, according to my profile, is why I can say that after a month, I can certainly feel a difference and even see some. That and his professionalism and his subtle encouragement and motivation, his knack of understanding of what my goal his and how to get me there, is why I have been able keep up with the training too. I would happily recommend Dylan to anyone.
