I've been told that instead of taking out the 2 weeks FREE offer, I can sign a contract, swipe it on my Edgars account and if I decide to cancel, there's a 5 day cooling off period were all monies would be refunded back to me. I've signed up on 3 June 2013, cancelled in-store @ Montana branch and informed me that Head Office will be handling all refunds and reversals. I've been phoning head office on a weekly basis and still no response, messages left to Gloria Liebenberg (who's dealing with this) is not been returned. No one else can assist me and as for the reception lady, no manager is ever available when I phone in to discuss this matter.
Clearly with this record Planet Fitness has on Hello Peter with all the complaints, I can just assume what record they have when it comes to refunding people's monies. I would like this matter to be resolved a.s.a.p.
