After submitting 5 complaints previously, i recieved a response via hellopeter saying refunds take 3 days to reflect, it been over 3 weeks and still no refund.
I contacted Edgars this morning and they confirmed that the refund is not showing on my statement.
Whenever responses are recieved from planet fitness, the contact details are conveniently not on the response simply because the person responding is so usless and knows it.
I want to speak to someone at planet fitness head office! Stop hiding behind hellopeter. This has been going on since June already and im at breaking point!!!
Just simply stop lying already. you can tell me its refunded but if its not on my statement... you are just making me believe you are a more of a fool than i initially imagined!
