Poor service for a potential client

I received a two week free membership from a gym representative in Cavendish Square. I phoned the employee I got the card from and he told me that he was on leave but advised me to go to the gym anyway. I arrived to find an empty desk and a few phones ringing. I waited patiently for about 4 minutes until an employee strutted over to the desk. He did not apologize, instead I had to introduce myself and ask for the instructor who would show me around. He asked me to fill in some forms which he left on the opposite side of the desk, without asking me if I could please move there. He seemed extremely disinterested. After I completed the forms I told him I was done, he then for some or other reason, giggled and said ok. The instructor I was meant to see was standing on the opposite side of the gates staring at me. I then asked her if her name was Roxanne and she said yes, without telling me to please come through. I asked her if she could show me around and she then asked me in a highly sarcastic tone if they did not already do that. She briefly showed me the main areas and said I was free to work out. As a final year marketing student I found the service to be atrocious.
