Well, it has been 6 months and counting and still no reply on when cobble walk gym will reopen.
My discovery vitality membership is about to laps, because it is impossible for me to go to either alternative gyms (both gyms-soneike and aurora are about 10 km away from home where cobble walk is only 2km away) due to time. Also, my husband and I recently moved from aurora to cobble walk for that very reason. Can I get refunded for the last 6 months gym fees? If I sign a contract to go to one specific gym, I would very much like to go to that gym and not get redirected else where. I understand that the fire was not in your control, but as a paying customer I would like some professional courtesy and to be kept up to date with developments, or have options of cancelling my membership or not to pay for a service that I don't receive.
