I've joined the gym December 2012 & I have been gyming at Planet Fitness Cobble Walk. The branch recently had a "small fire" in January but up to now it still has not yet been repaired. This has obviously been an extreme inconvenience as I've lost out on gyming time yet I have been paying my gyming fee EVERY month since joining up!
I would like to know what is going to happen with all those months of paying for a service that I have not received?? Is the gym going to re-open & if so when???
Will I be re-reimbursed for all the lost time and money???
I expect an answer to ALL the uncertainty and not a "standard reply" as the way that this matter has been dealt with is unprofessional by keeping your members out of the loop & offering no compensation for lost time & money.
