So happy to be back with a SERVICE provide

This weekend I cancelled my contract with Cell C.

I have signed a contract with Vodacom and the service and time they have dedicated to helping me has been of the best quality and even caring to the point that the sales person even accompanied me upstairs to facilitate my porting. He spent 2 hrs helping me explaining as well waiting about 20mins in the Cell C store with me.

I am going back there on Wednesday and he is going to set up all my apps as well as my contacts.

I do believe that competition drives prices down. Cell C have woken up to their shocking service but it is too little too late. And as I found the handful of people they have hired to clean up the mess don't even manage to fix the problems.

To top it all off the Cell C sales person told me that the reason my voicemail had stopped working and was not able to be fixed 6 months into my contract was because Vodacom had ported my number back. Before Cell C I was with Virgin and I never had that problem. I told this to the Vodacom sales person and he said that that would never happen.

Looking forward to the next 24 months!
