The gym experienced fire damage in January. In March they started cleaning up the mess. It is now June, and the gym is till closed. I understand that accidents happen, and I don't blame the gym for the fire, HOWEVER, I have contacted them on separate occasions to freeze my membership, but they still haven't frozen it, nor have the responded to my emails. I emailed the gym with regards to my membership on the 12th of April, the 23rd of April, and again on the 6th of June, and still there has been no response. I paid for a 3 year membership in advance, and now it is just running out because they don't follow up. This is unacceptable.
