Sister went to gym monday evening with her kids and they were in the play zone they got colouring pages and took it home. The next day my aunt looked @ the colouring pages and saw writing on the back of the page. When she turned it around and looked she saw my ID. Number, bank details, address, cellphone number on the back of that colouring page. What if my sister didn't go gym that evening someone else would have gotten hold of my personal information. I'm really disgusted @ virgin active for being so careless and letting my personal information lay around. This is really a big sign of negligence. I have called the Police they said I can open up a case of. I also called the club spoke to the manager he got someone else to call me back, this person who called me back said the lady that was on duty ran out of paper so she went into the sales office to get some paper and thought is was scrap. Even so if contracts are scrap it should be discarded. He said they will prevent that from happening in the future. I'm utterly disgusted that they take this matter lightly. All information should be kept private and confidential. And Virgin Active went against their word.
