I have been trying to cancel my contract with Planet Fitness since January 2013 and have dealt with numerous people telephonically and via email. The latest person i dealt with was Trish Tshikada and she was helping me to a point and then communication from her side just stopped. Apart from that I have also tried changing my banking details so that I can pay the amount that is currently in arrears with them but that has been just a big of a struggle. This is a dissapointment and a hassle to my life as this one account that i have only used once in my life is causing problems making it impossible to proceed with other things in my life.
