Dismal service delivery

Visited the pick n pay in Chatsworth (newly opened) on 2 occasions and was very disappointed with the service delivery, I waited over 45 minutes to enter among other people but I could see into the store and the store looked empty and what's evening more shocking is that the security guards were controlling the crowd and were not allowing shoppers to enter, since when are security guards specialists in crowd control? I was very disappointed and left, these incidents occurred on both visits to pick n pay, kindly address this issue
